February is National Heart Month. In recognition, a free community seminar, “Heart Disease & Weight Management,” will be presented Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Wilson College’s Brooks Complex Auditorium in Chambersburg.
The event is free, but registration is required by February 8. Please call (717) 262-4472 to register.
Dr. Arshad Safi of Summit Cardiology and Dr. Paul Klink of Summit Weight Management Services will discuss how to reduce your risk of heart disease.
Both doctors will discuss the small lifestyle changes you can make to keep your heart healthy.
