Allenberry Resort
1559 Boiling Springs Rd., Boiling Springs, PA in Cumberland County

Category: Animals
The Details:

At Allenberry, we’ve partnered with Herb Brambley and Wilderness Adventures Kennel to offer you an unforgettably fun and informative introduction to the time-honored sport of dog sledding. Join us in the historic farmlands and gently sloping mountainsides of Cumberland Valley, Pa., only a short drive from Baltimore or D.C., for a unique, seasonal event that offers the best experience for dog sledding.

Traveling from New York or Philadelphia? We’ll send our Allenberry Resort shuttle to conveniently pick you and your guests up at a local Harrisburg-area train station or airport. Are you traveling to Allenberry Resort just for the day? Be sure to check out our Double-Play Package below.

Meet the musher, Herb, to understand his passion for the sport, then listen to the stories he’s gathered participating in dog sled races across the nation. Connect with the team of enthusiastic and friendly dogs that will pull you briskly on your UTV or sled (weather permitting) with your friends or family. Afterward, ask Herb Brambley about his journeys up to Alaska for the Iditarod Dog Sled Race as you unwind during a more personal, relaxed Q&A session.
